Our vegetables and fresh produce come from **Pineapple greengrocers**, so what ends up on your plate is seasonal, local, and genuinely worth eating.

This isn't a philosophy — it's just how we prefer to do things. Good ingredients cooked well make for a better Sunday roast, full stop.
